At Aegean we are developing innovative services and simplifying procedures, to ensure an even more comfortable and pleasant journey for you.  As of December 1st 2011, check-in process becomes more convenient for you.
All our passengers can check-in, using one of our user-friendly services:

1. Web check-in, at www.aegeanair.com, is available from 48 hours to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight. Print your boarding pass on a computer and present it at the airport security check-points and the departure gate.
2.  Mobile check-in, at mobile.aegeanair.com, is available from 24 hours to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight. You can receive your boarding card, in two-dimensional bar code format to any internet enabled mobile phone, which you will need to show at the airport security check-points and the departure date.
   At airports that do not support the 2D Barcode format (Berlin, Vienna, Rome, Istanbul, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Moscow, Paris, Tel Aviv),  you can receive the “Check-in Confirmation” to your mobile and then print your boarding card from the check-in counters.

   
At Aegean, our efforts are focused to ensure that both web and mobile check-in are simple and easy to go through for all our passengers. They are available in 6 languages (Greek, English, German, Italian French, Spanish) and support check in for roundtrip or connecting flights.

Important Info:

If you have baggage to check, you may use the designated check-in counters, where our personnel  is always there to assist you.

Dedicated check-in counters are also available at all airports, for our Business Class passengers or Miles&Bonus Gold Card holders.

Special services desks are available to assist our passengers with special needs, those travelling with pets and for unaccompanied minors.
Use web and mobile check in for better time management and extra convenience. With the boarding pass you have printed, or the one received at your mobile, you may go directly to your departure gate.

Important Note: From December 1st onwards, web check-in or mobile check-in is mandatory for all passengers departing from :
•    Αthens
•    Thessaloniki
•    Barcelona
•    Brussels
•    Frankfurt
•    Larnaca
•    London-Heathrow
•    Stuttgart


In the above mentioned airports you may also use self check-in kiosks, from 24 hours up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight.
Our personnel will be there to welcome you and assist you in any possible issues.
